CM Praises Community Unity and Strength
Raipur-Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai attended the 55th Central Convention of the Chandranahu (Chandrakar) Kurmi Kshatriya Community at the Agricultural Produce Market Yard in Chhati village of Dhamtari district on June 7.
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai stated that an organised, educated and aware community is the true strength behind nation-building. The stronger a community becomes, the more progressive, prosperous and self-reliant the nation will be. He stated that it is a privilege for him to participate in the prestigious gathering.
Chief Minister Shri Sai stated that the Chandranahu Kurmi Kshatriya Community is a custodian of rich traditions, social awareness, organisational strength and exemplary values. He noted that the community has produced great personalities for the nation, such as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, whose ideals continue to inspire public service and nation-building.
The Chief Minister stated that any community progresses through education, organisation, values and social responsibility. He observed that the Chandranahu community has made significant contributions in agriculture, education, administration, politics, social service and entrepreneurship, playing an important role in the development of both the state and the nation. He added that the younger generation is writing a new chapter of progress through education, technological skills and innovation.
On the occasion, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai announced several important development initiatives for the area. He announced the construction of the Chhati–Jhuranavagaon road, the initiation of the process to grant Nagar Panchayat status to Chhati village, the construction of a new Higher Secondary School building and the allocation of land in Nava Raipur for a community hall. The announcements received enthusiastic applause from the people.
The Chief Minister stated that such conventions are not merely social events but effective platforms for strengthening community awareness, unity and empowerment. When members of the community come together to exchange ideas, share experiences, and guide the younger generation, new opportunities for social development and collective progress emerge.
He appreciated the community's tradition of honouring individuals and students who have achieved excellence in administrative services, education, sports, business and other fields. He said that a culture of recognition encourages healthy competition and excellence within society and inspires young people to achieve greater success.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that education is the true strength of any community and serves as the foundation of social and economic progress. He noted that the state government is effectively implementing various welfare schemes to expand educational opportunities and ensure students' holistic development. He urged all sections of the community to make the most of these initiatives.
The Chief Minister appealed to entrepreneurs and businesspersons from the community to study the state government's new industrial policy and take advantage of emerging investment opportunities.
He said that Chhattisgarh has created a favourable environment for industry and investment. The new industrial policy includes several incentives for youth, entrepreneurs, and investors that will generate new employment opportunities and accelerate economic growth across the state.
During the programme, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai released the book 'Adbhut Shri Tulsi Charitayanam', which highlights the community's cultural and literary heritage.
The event also featured the felicitation of officers and employees serving in administrative services and other prestigious institutions, as well as meritorious students and sportspersons who have excelled in their respective fields.
Presenting the community report, Central President of the community, Shri Dinesh Chandrakar, said that the 55th year of the central convention reflects the community's unity, social awareness and continued progress.
MP Shri Vijay Baghel, MLA Shri Ajay Chandrakar, MLA Shri Lalit Chandrakar, former MLA Shri Vinod Chandrakar, Shri Lal Bahadur Chandravanshi, Shri Poonam Chandrakar, office-bearers of the community, public representatives and a large number of community members were present.

Highlights importance of Ayurvedic tradition and healthy childhood development
Raipur- Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai on Sunday attended the Central Convention of the Chandranahu (Chandrakar) Kurmi-Kshatriya Community as the chief guest at the Agricultural Produce Market Committee (APMC) premises in Village Chhati, Dhamtari district. On this occasion, he visited various exhibition and awareness stalls set up at the convention venue and administered the Swarna Prashan Sanskar to children, conveying the message of a healthy and empowered childhood.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Indian culture has a rich tradition of various Sanskars- sacraments aimed at the holistic development of children. Swarna Prashan is one such important Sanskar, which finds mention in Ayurveda. It is considered beneficial for the physical, mental, and intellectual development of children, as well as for strengthening their immunity.
Swarna Prashan is an important Ayurvedic Sanskar for children, traditionally believed to support overall health and strengthen immunity. It is regarded as a traditional form of Ayurvedic immunization aimed at enhancing disease resistance.
During the convention, the Chief Minister met with office-bearers and representatives of the community and discussed social unity, education, healthcare, and the preservation of cultural values. He appreciated the efforts being made by the community for the holistic development of children and youth.
On this occasion, Kurud MLA Shri Ajay Chandrakar, Shri Vinod Chandrakar, Shri Poonam Chandrakar, the Community’s Central President Shri Dinesh Chandrakar, along with community office-bearers, public representatives, and a large number of community members, were present.

रायपुर-छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल श्री रमेन डेका ने कहा है कि चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट केवल खातों और कर संबंधी सलाह देने वाले पेशेवर नहीं हैं, बल्कि वे व्यवसायों को सही दिशा दिखाने वाले भरोसेमंद मार्गदर्शक भी हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी व्यवसाय की सफलता में लेखांकन की भूमिका रीढ़ की हड्डी की तरह होती है और बदलते समय के साथ इसकी जिम्मेदारियां पहले से कहीं अधिक व्यापक हो गई हैं।
राज्यपाल रविवार को पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ऑडिटोरियम में आयोजित दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय सीए छात्र सम्मेलन को मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में संबोधित कर रहे थे। सम्मेलन का आयोजन भारतीय चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स संस्थान (आईसीएआई) की रायपुर शाखा और सेंट्रल इंडिया चार्टर्ड एकाउंटेंट्स स्टूडेंट्स एसोसिएशन (सिकासा) के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में किया गया। देशभर से आए एक हजार से अधिक सीए विद्यार्थियों ने कार्यक्रम में उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।
राज्यपाल ने कहा कि देश के विकास और सुचारु प्रशासन के लिए कर राजस्व अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट्स से अपील की कि वे पात्र नागरिकों को कर भुगतान के लिए प्रेरित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकांश लोग कर चुकाना चाहते हैं, लेकिन कई बार जटिल प्रक्रियाएं उनके सामने कठिनाई पैदा करती हैं। विशेषकर वरिष्ठ नागरिकों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए कर प्रणाली को अधिक सरल और सुगम बनाया जाना चाहिए।
राज्यपाल श्री डेका ने कहा कि भारत में रोजगार सृजन का सबसे बड़ा आधार छोटे व्यवसाय और उद्यमी हैं। इसलिए व्यापार और उद्यमिता को प्रोत्साहित करना समय की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि लघु और मध्यम उद्योग देश की आर्थिक प्रगति में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दे रहे हैं।
आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (एआई) के बढ़ते प्रभाव का उल्लेख करते हुए राज्यपाल ने कहा कि तकनीक का उपयोग सकारात्मक और रचनात्मक उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि एआई मानव मस्तिष्क की जगह नहीं ले सकता, बल्कि उसे बेहतर बनाने और कार्यों को अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से करने का माध्यम बन सकता है।
युवाओं को संबोधित करते हुए राज्यपाल ने मोबाइल फोन और सोशल मीडिया के अत्यधिक उपयोग पर चिंता व्यक्त की। उन्होंने कहा कि डिजिटल लत व्यक्ति की सोचने-समझने की क्षमता को प्रभावित करती है। उन्होंने बताया कि दुनिया के कई देशों में 16 वर्ष से कम आयु के बच्चों के मोबाइल उपयोग को लेकर विशेष प्रतिबंध और दिशानिर्देश बनाए गए हैं।
सीए विद्यार्थियों को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए राज्यपाल ने कहा कि इस पेशे की सबसे बड़ी ताकत विश्वास और गोपनीयता है। ग्राहक का भरोसा केवल पेशेवर की कार्यशैली, ईमानदारी और नैतिक मूल्यों पर निर्भर करता है। यही विश्वास एक चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट को नई ऊंचाइयों तक पहुंचाता है। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से कहा कि सीए बनने के बाद उनके सामने अनेक अवसर होंगे। इसलिए उन्हें पूरे उत्साह और समर्पण के साथ अपने क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ना चाहिए। साथ ही जीवन में कम से कम एक ऐसा कार्य अवश्य करना चाहिए, जो किसी व्यक्तिगत लाभ या लेन-देन से जुड़ा न हो, बल्कि समाज के हित में हो।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान एक स्मारिका का भी विमोचन किया गया। सम्मेलन में आईसीएआई बोर्ड ऑफ स्टडीज के अध्यक्ष सीए राजेश शर्मा, उपाध्यक्ष सीए ज्ञान चंद्र मिश्रा, रायपुर आईसीएआई मैनेजिंग कमेटी की चेयरपर्सन सीए रश्मि वर्मा सहित विभिन्न पदाधिकारी, कार्यकारिणी सदस्य और बड़ी संख्या में सीए विद्यार्थी उपस्थित रहे।
संस्कृति मंत्री श्री राजेश अग्रवाल के निर्देश पर सरगुजा संभाग में ‘आकार-2026’ का आयोजन
उदयपुर और लखनपुर में 8 से 14 जून तक चलेगा पारंपरिक शिल्प एवं कला प्रशिक्षण शिविर
युवाओं को मिलेगा लोक कलाओं का प्रशिक्षण
रायपुर-संस्कृति मंत्री श्री राजेश अग्रवाल के निर्देश पर छत्तीसगढ़ की समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विरासत, लोक कलाओं और पारंपरिक शिल्प के संरक्षण एवं संवर्धन के उद्देश्य से संस्कृति विभाग द्वारा “आकार-2026” पारंपरिक शिल्प एवं विविध कला प्रशिक्षण शिविर का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। यह शिविर 8 जून से 14 जून 2026 तक सरगुजा संभाग के उदयपुर और लखनपुर में आयोजित होगा। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य नई पीढ़ी को प्रदेश की लोक कला परंपराओं से जोड़ना तथा उनमें पारंपरिक शिल्प और कला के प्रति रुचि विकसित करना है।
14 पारंपरिक कला विधाओं का दिया जाएगा प्रशिक्षण
संस्कृति विभाग द्वारा आयोजित इस विशेष प्रशिक्षण शिविर में प्रतिभागियों को नृत्य, नाटक, वाद्ययंत्र, चित्रकला, क्ले आर्ट, म्यूरल आर्ट, हस्तकढ़ाई, ड्राई फ्लावर आर्ट, कोरिया कला, रजवार मिट्टी चित्र, मेहंदी, मृदा शिल्प, गोदना कला और बांस शिल्प सहित कुल 14 पारंपरिक कला विधाओं का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। इन विधाओं में प्रदेश के ख्यातिप्राप्त कलाकारों और पारंगत कला गुरुओं द्वारा प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा, जिससे प्रतिभागियों को कला के व्यावहारिक एवं तकनीकी पक्षों की जानकारी मिल सके।
प्रशिक्षण के लिए पंजीयन प्रक्रिया हो चुकी है 6 जून से प्रारंभ
शिविर के अंतर्गत उदयपुर में प्रशिक्षण प्रतिदिन सुबह 8 बजे से 11 बजे तक शासकीय उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालय परिसर में आयोजित होगा, जबकि लखनपुर में पीएमश्री स्कूल परिसर में शाम 5 बजे से रात 8 बजे तक प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। प्रशिक्षण के लिए पंजीयन प्रक्रिया 6 जून से प्रारंभ हो चुकी है और इच्छुक प्रतिभागी निर्धारित शुल्क जमा कर इसमें भाग ले सकते हैं।
विलुप्तप्राय और लोक जीवन से जुड़ी कला विधाओं को संरक्षित करना
“आकार-2026” का उद्देश्य केवल पारंपरिक कलाओं का प्रशिक्षण देना नहीं, बल्कि प्रदेश की विलुप्तप्राय और लोक जीवन से जुड़ी कला विधाओं को संरक्षित करना भी है। प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से युवा कलाकारों को अनुभवी गुरुओं के मार्गदर्शन में सीखने का अवसर मिलेगा, जिससे वे अपनी प्रतिभा को निखार सकेंगे और भविष्य में स्वरोजगार के नए अवसर भी प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। प्रशिक्षण शिविर के लिए पंजीयन शुल्क मात्र 100 रुपये निर्धारित किया गया है। दिव्यांग एवं अनाथ बच्चों को शुल्क में विशेष छूट प्रदान की जाएगी।
छत्तीसगढ़ की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को नई पीढ़ी तक पहुंचाने का सशक्त माध्यम
प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण होने के बाद प्रतिभागियों द्वारा तैयार कलाकृतियों की प्रदर्शनी आयोजित की जाएगी तथा उन्हें प्रमाण-पत्र भी प्रदान किए जाएंगे। इस प्रकार के आयोजन प्रदेश की सांस्कृतिक पहचान को मजबूत करने के साथ-साथ युवा पीढ़ी में लोक कला और शिल्प परंपराओं के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएंगे। “आकार-2026” न केवल कला प्रशिक्षण का मंच बनेगा, बल्कि छत्तीसगढ़ की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को नई ऊर्जा और नई पीढ़ी तक पहुंचाने का सशक्त माध्यम भी साबित होगा।
